Ad-hoc projects
Ad-hoc is a ‘pay as you go’ service and is charged at £25/hour. This is helpful for one-off requirements and there is no monthly commitment. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour for this service.
Retainer packages
Our retainer packages allow you to secure fixed hours each month upfront and may be the best solution if you require regular admin support.
Our retainer prices fall into 4 cost effective category levels, depending on how many hours you need each month. Each category is charged at preferential hourly rates, starting at £125 per month. Please contact us for details on our retainer packages to find what would best suit your requirements. The 4 categories available are:
BRONZE
5 hours per month
SILVER
10 hours per month
GOLD
20 hours per month
DIAMOND
30 hours per month
Please note that working hours are logged and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes.
Retainer hours are to be used within one calendar month. Unused hours will not be rolled over to the next month, however, if hours are regularly unused we will let you know so you can reduce your monthly retainer to a more suitable level. Should you go over your retainer hours then the additional hours will be charged at your monthly retainer package rate.
Our prices are competitive, giving real value for money for an excellent professional service.
Any expenses for travel etc will be charged at cost. We will always let you know of any costs beforehand.
